Stabilise

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Stabilise website handles personal information. The short version: it is a static education site with no accounts, no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies, and it collects nothing about you on our servers.

Favourites stay on your device

When you favourite an exercise, that choice is saved in your own browser's local storage. It never leaves your device, we cannot see it, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Contacting us

The contact form on the About page opens an email in your own mail app. If you send it, your message — including your name, email address and anything you write — is delivered to and stored in our email account (Google's Gmail service), used only to respond to you, and never shared or used for marketing. You can ask at any time for a copy of what we hold about you, for it to be corrected, or for it to be deleted.

Hosting and third parties

The site is served by Cloudflare, whose infrastructure keeps standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and performance. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, and some lessons embed YouTube videos — your browser requests those from Google's and YouTube's servers, which have their own privacy policies, as do other sites we link to (such as the Helplines services).

Questions or complaints

For any privacy question, email adriananaraicounselling@gmail.com. If you feel a concern has not been addressed, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
